Join our Friends Program
Your name will appear in our concert programs as a “Friend of Concert Bells of Fort Worth” and you will be the first to hear about upcoming concerts and other events sponsored by CBFW.
Membership Levels:
Ring of Honor: $600 or more
Director’s Circle: $360 - $599
President’s Circle: $240 - $359
Premier Circle: $120 - $239
Grand Circle: $60 - $119
Contributor: up to $59
DONATE
ONe-time or recurring donation
By making a contribution, you will be added to our Friends program. You may either click on the "Zeffy" icon to donate via Zeffy.com or click on the "Donate" button to donate via PayPal.
IN-Person
You may also make a donation in person during one of our performances. Please visit our Friends table at the concert.
By-check
You may also make a donation by check. Click on the "Friends Form" button to download, print, and fill out the form. Please send the form along with your personal check to the mailable address included in the form.

In addition to being a "Friend of Concert Bells," you can also support us through North Texas Giving Day and shopping at Kroger. Details about the programs are below.

North Texas Giving Day
North Texas Giving Day is September 19, 2024 this year, and you can help support Concert Bells of Fort Worth by donating via the North Texas Giving Day website anytime in the month of September. Early Giving donations are accepted starting September 1st.

Follow the online instructions. They appear to be very straight forward.

When prompted, enter Concert Bells organization number - 81021 - Click “SEARCH”

Select Concert Bells of Fort Worth Inc as the organization you wish to support - Click “SAVE”

Go to your Account Settings. From this page you can confirm that your Reward Card is connected to your online account, verify that Concert Bells is your chosen Community Reward recipient and update/edit anything other information pertaining to your account.

Your Kroger Plus Card will now be linked to Concert Bells. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
